Our business has been built on the trust and confidence our customer place on us. Accordingly, we have a duty to safeguard and keep confidential any information relating our customers and their financial affairs.
ASAP-Direct will not collect any personal information that identifies a visitor to this site unless specified otherwise. Your visit to this site will record only the Domain Name Server part of your email address and of the pages visited. A customer's personal data is classified as confidential and can only be disclosed by us where permitted by the Ordinance or otherwise legally compelled to do so.
Asia Pacific Shipping - orders shipped to the Asia Pacific are shipped by Federal Express Economy Service, or HK. Postal Service Air Mail with 3 to 5 day delivery service. Federal Express, the Postal Service do not guarantee delivery time with this service and so neither does ASAP-Direct Refunds will NOT be given for "late" deliveries. All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of order placing, assuming stock is on hand. Delivery time will be confirmed on special orders. ASAP-Direct insures shipments for full replacement value to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to file any shipping damage claims directly with Federal Express, or the Postal Service. Shipping upgrades are available, at the customer's expense. Customers pay freight on all returns.
Policy - Customers are responsible for all freight charges on all shipment from ASAP-Direct, for both original delivery shipping and return shipping. Assuming it has not been used or worn, except: Due to Hong Kong SAR health laws, clothing, swimwear and wetsuits cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Privacy Statement – ASAP-Direct promises that all information gained from customers will be solely used by ASAP-Direct only for the purpose of the sale. Buyer information will not be forwarded to any other individuals or corporations. |
