Q: I have no idea how to match the boots size with the binding size.
A: Flow bindings come in five sizes:
Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large and Extra-Large. This range will fit MOST boots currently in use. Remember it’s the Responsibility of every rider to check compatibility before heading out to the mountain. On the binding box is a general guideline to help you match boot size to binding size. For each individual system, step #1 is to physically check that YOUR binding can fit YOUR boot. STEPS TO ENSURE PROPER SIZE:
  • Check that the width of the baseplate allows for easy entry and exit of the boot.
  • Check that the length of the boot and binding are not too great for the width of your board. There should be no binding overhang and minimal boot overhang at toe.
  • Check that the binding’s Powerstrap can be adjusted to a position that allows easy entry of your boot into the binding.
  • Check that the lower edge of the hiback doesn’t catch on the boot heel when getting out of the binding.
